In the second to last page, from my best understanding, the girls were saying, “How much is Mizushima.” I was so confused, but I guess that perhaps they were asking about either his ranking or otherwise how many years he had on the second year senpais? I had no freaking clue, so sorry if the last three or four speech bubbles made no sense there–I had no clue, either!
